I've organized a business conference in Hotel Royal Bengal Shantiniketan on 17-18th March '24. There was 44 person. The total experience was just Awesome. Nice hospitality & Staff Behavior. Delicious foods. All my guests was highly Satisfied. I specially like to mentioned about The GM Mr Suraj. Very polite, helpful person. Highly Recommended 😊❤

We a group of 90 people stayed here on 15/3 & 16/3/24 for 2 nights. Experience of everybody was superb. Behaviour of staffs were top notch. Dinning hall, pool and conference hall everything was neat and clean. Elevator need to be improved. Otherwise 4+ star in every segment.

The behaviour of the hotel staffs are very good and cooperating ...best food supplies Swimming water was cleaned time to time and also provide swim suits and hotel room very neat and clean and good service Hoping to visit again... 100 percent recommended

Its an excellent stay and very much comfortable . Rooms are spacious and neat. the room service was excellent. They have a wonderful restaurant and food items are tasty. The service desk was nice and helpful. The tariff is reasonable and service delivery was awesome..

We were on a short trip to Santiniketan and stayed at Hotel Royal Bengal. The stay was very comfortable, ambiance was good, food was tasty, and above all service of the hotel staff was excellent. So for hospitality I must rank this hotel high.
