房間極其簡陋，門就像衣櫃一樣，又窄又小，傢俱老舊、發出嘎吱嘎吱的聲音，房內僅有一個插座，插了電扇就沒法充電，不送水也沒有燒水壺。那麼熱的天，房間裏沒有空調簡直是種折磨，跟前台溝通退款，完全沒有商量的餘地。為了保命，衹能浪費兩晚的房費，搬到其他酒店。如果能打零分，我是肯定一分都不會給的

Отель в отличном месте. Самый центр. Номер очень просторный. Матрас удобный. Мебель аутентичная,но в этом свой шарм. Балкон есть!!! И вид отличный)

太**了，12點多到的明明有很多空房間但是就是非要讓我在大廳等到2點才讓入住。説能把行李暫時寄存，但是寄存點隨意出入又沒人管理行李丟了也沒人管。出差三個月還是第一次碰到這麼不靈活的酒店。前台那**男太態度太差了。後面跟攜程客服反應了才讓我提前1小時入住😓酒店設施很老舊，地板有響聲。隔音差。

Todo funcionó muy bien .Está bien situado cerca de la Plaza Maggiore.Es un hotel antiguo pero es cómodo y las habitaciones muy amplias.El desayuno estar muy bien y en recepción muy amables.
