First, I went to see it, then in the standard twin room because the family was full. Alhamdulillah children like it even though it's narrow. Because in Cianjur area it's a bit difficult to find a nice and comfortable hotel. Alhamdulillah yesterday the retro family type.. I like it because there's a water purifier in addition to the width, because booking on traveloka has breakfast. And I asked for a bowl of sponges because they were given a sponge because they were a few dishes. But for the room maintenance, it needs to be improved by the bathroom with no stains from the water ducts.

recently i've been traveling to cianjur, and at my last business trip i was stay at Gino feruci cianjur. well the hotel is great, the room was clean and all the furniture was brand new, the staff told me that they were opened at december 2019. for the food was delicious, the breakfast menu very variable for cianjur, well if i compared my stay experiences at the costel before..... and for the menu at the restaurant was very affordable. i think gino feruci cianjur was the hotel and bring the hotel standard like smiling and helpful staff and other facility that hotel should have such as pool, restaurant, lobby and gym. for the location of this hotel is very strategic, its only a walk away to citimall. for me this hotel will be my 1st option if i should go to cianjur city even for business or for a family trip. btw try menu of nasi goreng, or cordon bleu chicken, its quite cheap and delicious. keep the good work

Booked here get cheaper price. Nice hotel, good vibes, clean & good services. Grand deluxe room was spacious & comfort. It's need little more air circulation to keep fresh in side non AC room. Overall, recomended & great rating hotel.

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

Check in time is very long and not easy at all. Hotel took very long time to prepare the room, waiting more than 30 minutes and still got unsitisfied service. Hotel service also not satisfying. Very bad exprience and stressfull

all the staff are very friendly, lobby, corridor, rooms, bathrooms and restaurants are clean. unfortunately the breakfast is less varied, no cereal, a lot of heavy food. the parking lot hopes to be better repaired

the service is very awesome,the facilities are okay,the hot water is also ok,the morning view is really great.just for a honeymoon.recommended..

Really great hotel to spend the weekend. I'll start off with the positive review: 1. Very good ambience, the location is a bit out of town but once you reach the place, you'll understand why it's there 2. Good for family, there are various facility and activity for kids such as mini outbound and kids club 3. Various breakfast menu, some of them are made to order such as porridge, noodles, and fried rice 4. Room is quite soundproof, thanks to thick glass to the balcony, I can't hear any noise from building construction next door 5. Service is top notch, it's 5-star hotel so it's expected My only complaint is the location, but overall I'd recommend this place for weekend or staycation with family.
