I love the layout of the rooms, but someone had turned off the heat and it was 9° outside and took three hours to warm the room to something that was close to comfortable.

This is our first time staying at this hotel, while visiting family. I was surprised at the value for what you get! A king sized room with separate living room, an almost- full sized kitchen (full size fridge, dishwasher, two stoves, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker), just not oven. It was great! The hot tub and pool were open 24 hours which is a huge plus. The pool was on the colder side— ok for the kids but not for me! Haha. The breakfast was actually pretty good. We will likely stay here again!

Great to have space in 2 bedroom suite to really stretch out. Breakfast average hotel options. Nice to have 24 hr options for pool and gym.

I like the 24 hour pool & the rooms were spacious & homey feeling clean there was no soap in our room for dishwasher or for hands overall nice for the money you spend

This hotel has a LOT of amenities for the price. The staff are incredible and they are all led by a general manager that is hustling his TAIL OFF morning, noon and night! As most businesses now, they are clearly struggling with staffing shortages. A couple of things were out of order and they had difficulty keeping things stocked, etc. But like i said they were running around making every effort to maintain a superior standard, always with a kind word and smile on their face! My friend and i had a wonderful weekend there and will assuredly return. Whoever the powers that be are, note this: GIVE THEM ALL RAISES, you dont wanna lose the folks who make this place run!
