Easy access to the property, excellent instructions and communication. The bathroom fan didn't work and the HVAC intake register was packed with dust... other than those two items, the place was clean and a FANTASTIC place to stay, it is in a great location, parking was easy, and all the building amenities/facilities were wonderful~ would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Black scuff marks on walls, doors, and baseboards. Kitchen without measuring cups/spoons, only one small pot (not big enough to boil water for pasta), the usual dull knifes, a small 4 cup motel coffee maker. But there was a blender! (WTH?) Bathroom toilet never shut off. Shower with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion instead of shower gel. Very basic entry level furniture. Smoke detector went off when removing (unburnt) pizza from oven. THIS IS NOT FOUR STAR LODGING.

The property was great, but we weren’t issued a parking pass and arrived after office hours so getting a parking pass to get my car in the garage was fussy and took 2 hours. Then the borrowed parking pass had to be returned. Then the parking system updated and our parking space and we had to get thru that. Lots of “dealing with it” while on vacation.

Won’t do it again Terrible communication and check in not to mention the $216 EXTRA CHARGE NOT IN YHE LINK but in the fine print ABOVE and beyond for property fee??? cleaning fee and we hadn’t even. arrived?? then there is ZERO communication about how to get in the building. Figure out your parking space access the door with no handle because the door that has a handle doesn’t open after putting your code in and I could go on and on.

The most perfect stay. For a longer stay, for our family of four, we could not have wanted anything more. Excellent pool, fantastic gym. Clean, great toiletries. We hope to come back!

Great family place Great directions to access the place. Great location and beautiful grounds. Many fun things to walk to. Condo had plenty of space and big comfortable beds. Blackout curtains would be nice in the early morning sun. Having a patio was a plus. Also had a nice big gym overlooking the pool. Would stay again.

Check in was delayed until after 6pm when it it was supposed to be at 4pm. Also the unit had a terrible sewage smell that gave me a bad headache. Also check in was a little bit of a hassle as the code to the door did not work.

The apartment was very clean as advertised but there was a strong smell of cat urine in the main hallway coming from another apartment. Literally made the whole 1st floor stink.

I loved everything about the space, it was clean with a minimum amount of furnishings. WHICH is how all temp spaces should be designed, nothing worse than having too much furniture, large lamps etc, or no room in closet. This space had so much room and still felt comfortable and warm. I am Neurodivergent, so I require instructions for the simplest things like how to get there (maps) where the parking or garage is located and how to get in, and out, etc. I was way too tired to figure that out when I arrived so did a few hot laps around BSU, but once I was inside the unit, it all made sense with the items hanging on the key rack by the door. Maybe put that basic info into the access code emails? Or at least a link you forward afterwards. Simple things are hard for us, but the hard things are simple. Overall perfect location for my work, and I loved being on the trails. Considering I booked same day, it was perfect.
