Stay here if you are planning to be out partying all night or have an early morning excursion. There's a rooster next door that starts it's morning call at 3am and the reception staff begin blasting music at 7am. There was also a planned outage and had no electricity when we woke up, which made it difficult to shower and get ready as there was no hot water and couldn't use the natural light because curtains open into the public area. In future, the hotel should communicate this more effectively and provide alternative lighting in rooms for outages.

The apartment is better than photos, very spacious and bright with private garden. The location is quiet but the main road is easily accessible. The pool area is clean and green. We had a few issues on the first day that were sorted out quickly by the friendly staff. There was a power outage on the final morning (fairly normal on the small islands like Panglao) but it would have been great to know ahead of time if possible so we could charge our devices. Apart from that, our stay was enjoyable and we would stay here again!

Cozy small hotel near Alona Beach. Single-storey bungalows with patio and communal pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Of the minuses: the air conditioning system is very noisy, at night the neighbor's air conditioner can be very annoying. Also an unpleasant factor was the smell of smoke from the neighboring hotel (they were burning either grass or garbage).

Stayed here for 2 nights. The service staff are very good. They greet guests with good service. The rooms are cleaned quickly. Food in the restaurant takes a long time. It is recommended that everyone come into the room to eat. There are some mosquitoes when eating in the restaurant at night.

The room was a bit small, but the staff were kind and quiet, so I had a good rest. I could go back and forth to Alona Beach on foot, and above all, it was better to open the door and smoke and drink on the terrace. They called me to the Ocean Jet Port to Cebu. The staff called me for 400 pesos for 3 people with a large carrier. Everything was fine except for a bit of mosquitoes.

- clean environment - Shower gel and shampoo are in the same can, it is recommended to bring it by yourself -It is recommended to bring toothbrush and toothpaste by yourself -A hair dryer can be requested at the counter -The water in the bathroom is big enough and hot enough - It is about 5-10 minutes walk from the main downtown area. It is recommended to ask the counter to take a tuk-tuk - Reasonable price, quiet

We stopped at this hotel as we were looking for an inexpensive option near the beach, and so that there was a bass. The hotel looked even better to me than in the photo. Before booking, we read a lot of reviews, as a result, I agree with something, but there is a different opinion with something. So in order: 1. The road to the hotel is dark. There is such a thing, only if you go from the sea, then yes. Long, dark and lighting only from nearby hotels)) but how many were there from the sea, everyone leaves at about 17.30 and the sun has not yet completely set and the dark street to the hotel was not a problem. But from the side of the main street, there is practically no need to walk along the dark section. First, you walk along the sports ground, then along the local stalls, and then a well-lit hotel opposite which there is a well-lit short street leading to the hotel. 2. When you go out onto the main street, you have almost everything a traveler needs in front of you. Here you and restaurants are within walking distance and withdraw currency and inexpensively stock up on their local chicken. We even took some of their local skewers on a stick that they cook on the grill. We went well with rice)) and massage parlors and even McDuck! With their another fast food some kind of zhimil) 3. There are two pools. Both are small. But if you swim alone or together, then in the morning and before going to bed it’s excellent. There was one day when 3 families with children ran there at once, here it was somehow not very good to swim)) 4. Breakfast at the hotel costs 300 pesos. You can order food delivery through the hotel. The staff will be happy to help. 5. The room is not bad. Very comfortable terrace in front of the pool. Pleased with the presence of a kettle, refrigerator. There was even a safe, only it did not work)) on the ceiling, you could turn on a huge fan. There is some strange ventilation in the room. Air inflow or through the door, it is also a window or air conditioner. I didn't see an extractor fan in the toilet. As a result, you can’t leave the door at night, the mosquitoes will eat it, we slept with air conditioning, and it’s honestly a little noisy. So if you're a light sleeper, don't forget your earplugs. The air conditioner can also be switched on to the normal air supply mode. It will be a little quieter, but it can soon become stuffy. 6. The beach, which is nearby, in principle, is not bad, somehow reminded me of Anapa)) we were there 3 times. The rest of the time we took a scooter and went to the beach next to the South Beach Resort hotel. There is practically no infrastructure there, but there are fewer sun loungers and a more exotic and clean beach. Only the entrance fee is 100 pesos per person. But the price includes the use of a sun lounger.
