Location is the only way from the airport to the city, the service facilities are very good. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the suburbs, so there are fewer surrounding facilities, such as no place to buy a local mobile phone card

Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, other staff was quite rude. For example, when I asked the gentleman at the front desk to copy my vaccine cards, he practically snatched them out of my hands without saying a word. After handing me my copies, he began to walk away while my cards were still sitting in the copy machine. I politely asked for ”mis tarjetas, por favor.” He walked back over, still silent, and I said simply, ”Esos son importantes.” He chuckled under his breath but still said nothing as he handed the cards back. It was as if he simply had no interest in bothering with them unless I asked. Then, after I paid for the copies, he went to look for my change (1,000 pesos). He then told me in an irritated tone that they didn't have any change. I simply said, ”No es importante.” Throughout the whole interaction, he acted very rushed and inconvenienced, as if I was imposing on him, and he never offered the slightest apology for forgetting my vaccine cards or not having any change. (They were not busy at the time; there were two people working behind the counter and no other guests in line. At least the other fellow was professional, unlike his colleague.) I'm aware that my Spanish is still at an intermediate level; however, if you're going to work in the hotel industry (down the street from the airport, in a capital city, no less), the least you could do is show some courtesy to your guests. (We don't have to speak Spanish to pick up on your passive aggressiveness.) Also, when I arrived there were no towels in the room. It took three requests over about 35-40 minutes to get some. Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and intent on taking care of it, but somehow no one delivered until the third attempt. It was surprising, actually, because the room was immaculate and perfectly made up, except for having no towels of any kind. I enjoyed my dinner a lot, and the lady who waited on me was gracious and patient when conversing with me in Spanish. The restaurant took a few minutes to find, as there are two buildings, each with their own lobby, and the fellow at reception who checked me in didn't mention anything about the restaurant.

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. It is good location. There is a restaurant 24/7 and service and food quality excellent. Rooms are comfortable. Only heating is missing but you can ask for portable electric heater. But there is no coffee maker and bottled drinking water in very limited quantity - very samll bottle per night.

Exactly what I wanted and what I expected. 3rd time here and would come back, if I need a hotel close to the airport. Brest price. Good restaurant. Free shuttle, works perfectly. Clean and has, what a traveller need! Breakfast included and you can ask for spécial wishes. Small shop, if you need something.

Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

Not bad, the experience is quite good. Overall, the environment, a**osphere, and service attitude are very good. Next time I go there, stay in a hotel The price is pretty good. It’s important to have a good rest when traveling on business.

We had great experience during our stay. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel located very close to the airport, which was great since our flight was very early morning. They provide free shuttle that runs every hour and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The rooms were clean and served perfectly for what we needed. There were not much light in the room, refrigerator worked great and kept our food fresh, beds were comfortable but pillows too hard for my liking. We had a complimentary bottle of water in the room and some toiletries. There are several restaurants and shops close if you need to do some shopping. There was a small sweet gift waiting us at the desk when we entered the room - chocolate - always nice when staff is detail oriented ) Thank you!

Stayed three times one Selina Chapinero, amazing experience with wonderful staff. They arrange my check in since I arrived early in the morning. The staff helped at 3am giving me hot tee and planket by the time the reception arrived. The stuff is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and coffee are amazing. Rooms are modern and very well decorated. Highly recommend this place !

El hotel fue muy acogedor, queda cerca del movistar arena y la embajada norteamericana. El personal de servicio muy especial y atento recomiendo mucho este lugar. Volvería nuevamente.
