Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

El hotel fue muy acogedor, queda cerca del movistar arena y la embajada norteamericana. El personal de servicio muy especial y atento recomiendo mucho este lugar. Volvería nuevamente.

Not bad, the experience is quite good. Overall, the environment, a**osphere, and service attitude are very good. Next time I go there, stay in a hotel The price is pretty good. It’s important to have a good rest when traveling on business.

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. It is good location. There is a restaurant 24/7 and service and food quality excellent. Rooms are comfortable. Only heating is missing but you can ask for portable electric heater. But there is no coffee maker and bottled drinking water in very limited quantity - very samll bottle per night.

This hotel is relatively close to the airport, has excellent offers, the rooms was nice and very clean!!, it had Direct TV not all chanels but enough to go by, the staff is really friendly and very helpfull, the only thing I found that kept me from giving it an excellent was breakfast which is included with the room, but is very basic, microwave heated coffee, one jar of yogurt and some cereal, the hotel staff once again is very helpfull and offered to make an omelette, so it was not bad at all but it ws not excellent. The location is nice, close to american embasy and other offices, there is a mall about a 15minute walk from there.

There are many beds in the room, but no seats. There are no basic toiletries. There is no hot water for showering. There is no place to put soap in the bathroom. The price of paying in store is different from that of online booking.

I loved this business hotel. Very clean, bright colors in the room, awesome view of the mountains from the window. Delicious free buffet breakfast. Super friendly staff. WiFi is very high speed. Excellent. The hotel is across the road from the US Consulate where I was renewing my visa so very convenient. And there's a bunch of bars and restaurants on the ground floor. I would definitely stay again.

Location is the only way from the airport to the city, the service facilities are very good. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the suburbs, so there are fewer surrounding facilities, such as no place to buy a local mobile phone card
