Our first trip to bogota couldn't have gone better. We stayed at Hyatt place. The hotel is not so big but it had everything we needed plus more. The staff is great, they have excellent customer service and are always attentive to the guest needs. Kevin in reception was great and maked sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. He gave us feedback our the places to visit, to eat, and everything we needed to know about the city and ways to get around. The rooms were pretty good size and really clean. It looks like it's a new hotel so everything was really modern and new, which makes the hotel experience even better. The only complaint I have is that I wish it had a pool but we knew it didn't before we booked our stay, other than that the hotel is perfect. The location was great it's really close to all the touristic places to go visit. All places are no more than 15 mins in car from the hotel. And there's a bunch of places to go eat and explore around the hotel as well.

This hotel is relatively close to the airport, has excellent offers, the rooms was nice and very clean!!, it had Direct TV not all chanels but enough to go by, the staff is really friendly and very helpfull, the only thing I found that kept me from giving it an excellent was breakfast which is included with the room, but is very basic, microwave heated coffee, one jar of yogurt and some cereal, the hotel staff once again is very helpfull and offered to make an omelette, so it was not bad at all but it ws not excellent. The location is nice, close to american embasy and other offices, there is a mall about a 15minute walk from there.

The hotel was very clean and well located. Although the bathroom was flooded :(. He touched us in the last floor, if you go with people with limited mobility request a room below, because there is no lift.

The advantage is that it is very close to the exhibition hall, three minutes walk. The disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning (fortunately, the temperature here is more than ten degrees per year), the roadside car is very noisy, and the breakfast is very average.
