The hotel is nice, but I would not come back because in Bogotá are many other options that are better for the same price.

I wouldn’t stay again
It’s a bleak cold feeling in the hotel
Front desk manager is hostile
Poor experience in all and there are far better hotels in the area

Nice service, beautiful rooms, excellent staff.
The breakfast is also good and it’s a great option to start the day before visiting landmarks.

Bad management, you need to ask everyday for cleaning the room because during the stay when we come back at evening the room wasn’t clean so call and wait 1 hour, but without a real apology or at least give a coffee or anything else during the wait.. same situation every day. On the other hand the room is dated with dirty sofa and carpet with stains. This Is our last stay in this hotel as a gold ******* member I was expecting another treatment
