Tequendama Suites Bogota Reviews

Nice, comfortable, very spacious. Real value for money. I will recommend it anytime and will use it anytime I visit Bogotá again.

It is the worst hotel I have been able to visit in years, 3 room changes, showers do not work, dirty beds. my experience has been terrifying.

The Suites are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The large bed was comfortable and had quality sheets. Shower was good with plenty of hot water and large towels. WiFi was just adequate. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The staff were friendly and very professional. We plan to return to the Tequendama to stay even longer when we return from a brief vist with friends outside of Bogota.

Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

An excellent location in a relatively safe part of Candelaria. The room was quite large and very luxurious. The front desk staff was very professional and made my stay quite comfortable. An absolutely fantastic value for anyone looking to stay in the middle of Bogota.

The room facilities are very old and the door lock chain is broken. The network is not very good. Excellent quality in breakfast and location. Picture 5 The girl at the front desk did not provide good service. The bathroom in the lobby was broken and under repair, but she said it could be used. The tall gentleman in picture 5 has much better service. There is a big gap between the two people. There was constant noise in room 1705, coming from the bathroom.

The hotel has a good breakfast, good service, good location, clean and tidy, but the only bad thing is the Wi-Fi. The signal in the hotel lobby and restaurant is very good, but there is no signal in the bedroom. I have searched for it many times but couldn't solve it.

I write this review with full gratitude! The best hotel in my life, I guess it will never be surpassed again! The original plan was to stay for 2 days, but my wife had sprained her ankle and stayed here for 12 days. There are wheelchairs, ice buckets, sumptuous breakfasts, and various dinner options. The 63-square-meter room allows my wife to recuperate without leaving the house. Saved our trip to South America! ! !

It's still very good. It's very close to the museum. There are many places to eat around. The room is large and the price is cheap. It's suitable for business trips. The only drawback is that the surrounding security is not particularly good.

The cleanliness of my suite apartment is really average, the sofa is dusty when I sit on it, and the equipment is old. It really doesn't deserve its star rating!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. It's a large suite, very convenient for working and resting, and it also has an induction cooker. There is a very good steakhouse downstairs, and the restaurant next to the hotel is also good. Opposite is the National Museum, but it's a pity that I have a day off when I go there.
