Apartamentos Plaza Suites is an exceptional Hotel in the heart of Bogota/ Usaquen district. The neighborhood is safe and quite upscale, close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. Dining room/ room service serves a variety of meals. Our unit is quite spacious and updated with a wonderful view of the city. Staff is definitely exceptional and very attentive. I have stayed at this place multiple times ( 3+ ) for long seasons ranging from 2 weeks up to 3 months. - The place has an ideal location in the Zona G of Bogota. - Breakfast is basic but nice. - Great, friendly and helpful staff. - Rooms are clean and spacious. - High story Rooms have good views of the city. Staff: - All receptionists are very Kind and will always help you with a great smile. - I order a lot of food... and they were always kind enough to help me get it up to my room. - They always provided good information and offered to help with directions and more. - Special Thanks to Miguel, Andres and Martica from cleaning staff, these folks are just kind and working honest people. - Unfortunately, Paula from reception was the exception, she was mostly rude with me and all my friends. - Lacked basic manners like greeting guests and showed attitude. - Very slow to open the door and slow doing front desk activities... - Worst of all never offered help beyond her most basic mandatory role of opening the door. - This lack of proper training to new receptionists is why I don't give 5 stars to this hotel. Recommending to management to properly train new Receptionists in customer service and guest attention.

These are apartments at the same complex as Hotel Estelar La Fontana and has a very good infrastructure, by the Unicentro mall and few restaurants. The hotel itself has a restaurant and gym. There are also some comercial offices on the same building (ground floor). It’s fenced, so it’s safe to walk downstairs and it’s pet friendly - they keep all the people who have dogs on the same building, separated from other rooms without dogs, which is good for people who don’t have dogs. The apartment itself is ok, but the decoration a bit old.

A hidden Gem near the 93rd street Park. Great service, beautiful rooms. The rooms are very spacious and have a kitchen area, a spacious living room and plenty of desk space if you need to do some work. The wi-fi works well. The breakfast service is full of fruits and everything that you need in the morning. Lobby bar available. The only thing that I found was the towels to be too rough. Other than that; A+.

Ideal for work or business trips (bearing in mind that in the middle of a pandemic you need space, connectivity, etc.; in the same place) It is very well located and I think the price is competitive for the sector. Parking and good attention.

If you only go out during the day, it is a good choice, just in the old town. But you can't go out after dark because this area is quite messy. The room space is ok, but the bed sheets are old and not white enough. There are security guards downstairs, but the door is not insured and lacks a sense of security.
