You screwed up on the reservation. I had a confirmation from you of my request for king executive suite, and when I checked in the front desk said you had sent a reservation for 2 queens. Not good. They were sold out and I had to take the 2 queens. The hotel gets great reviews, but the booking agent does not. Will never use a third party booking service again.

Great hotel except we were put in room right next the elevator. All night long it kept making noise anytime anyone used it and shook the room. Only slept a few hours because of that.

The only issue was the bed was loud when you sat down on it. It needs to be fixed as we did inform the front desk.

Stayed here for a week, and it was great!
Parking is easy, it is right next to the freeway, there are plenty of dining options, and the staff is friendly.
The free breakfast in the morning offered plenty of options, open till 9AM so you don't have to rush, and the food was delicious.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I will definitely be back here when I am in town again.

It was a comfortable room. We asked for an extra blanket and towels and the staff was quick to deliver. My kids loved the waffles, we all know if your kids and wife are happy your life will be easy.

The stay was very good .breakfast good my only complaint they should tell you when you book The Pool is done.
