"I stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts. We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day. As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5. Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days. The restaurant/bar was excellent."

"I was traveling through Blytheville and I booked a room at Quality Inn through Priceline. When I arrived at 10:30 PM, there were so many people in the parking lot that it was like a block party. I was almost hit by a guy doing burnouts, there was loud music, lots of yelling and partying, and there was even a girls twerking on a car. There was so much drug use that the entire parking lot smelled like a dead skunk. The hotel itself looked rundown from the outside and the attached restaurant was even worse. I did not feel safe staying there. The girl at the front desk was very nice and the only good experience of the whole trip. She said this happened all the time and agreed to cancel my reservation. I went to another local hotel and got a room instead. Even that hotel told me how bad Quality Inn was. Locals say it happens every weekend over there. Then it got worse. I requested a refund through Priceline since the hotel agreed to the cancellation due to the circumstances but Priceline refused to do anything because the manager, Natasha, of Quality Inn said no. I called the hotel and asked to speak to her but she was conveniently not available. The clerk blamed the people outside on the restaurant attached, but the partying was in the hotel lot as well, and any good manager would put a stop to it since the restaurant wasn’t even open. The clerk just kept repeating that the cancellation was non-refundable. I am now out $90 for a room I never stayed in, and the manager does not seem to care about anything except money. Not only did she refuse the refund and not even have the decency to speak with me, but it appears she consistently allows this activity at her hotel without any regard to guest safety."
