The front desk staff were professional and extremely helpful while I stayed here to take care of my sick daughter.

Walking into the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The young woman working the front desk was extremely rude and seemed bothered that she needed to check us in. The older woman working the front desk when we checked out was much nicer.
Obviously updates have been made in the rooms (fresh paint, new floors) but the tub had a large crack in it that looked like a dead spider.
Would not stay here again. Definitely overpaid.

Very friendly staff. Very easy access to an places we needed to go wasn't to far of a drive. Hot tub was the best.

The room had not been cleaned properly. The sink had hair and dirt in it and the toilet had not been cleaned either. The morning of our second night no one came to clean. The front desk said to leave dirty towels and trash outside the door in the hallway where it layed for 24 hrs.

Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful. The room was dark, dirty, in really bad shape, no hairdryer, no sink stopper, half used body wash. Beds were comfortable. We were there during college parents’ weekend so they jacked up the price to $400/night! Very disappointing.

This property needs a thorough deep cleaning and renovation. The room feels dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, there are stains all over the ceiling and walls. The head boards are dirty and dusty, and the night stand and dresser is also dirty. Would not stay here again. Staff was friendly at check-in though.
