Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington

The hotel was very nice and well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff and overall atmosphere made for a pleasant experience. My only complaint was that breakfast and parking were not included, which would have made the stay even better. Other than that, everything met my expectations and I would consider staying here again.

Very nice staff. I left something in the room after check-out and the staff retrieved it and brought it to the holding area. Great location downtown. The parking garage is located around the corner. Property was clean.

Property is OK. Parking odly located and the rooms are very dark . Ok for the 24 hours we were there for a college visit

Staff was polite and helpful, facilities were clean. The bed mattress seemed a little worn and not at the same level as other Hilton facilities we have stayed out. I would stay here again. We did not have a pet with us so but did notice a “pet area” and appeared to be clean.

The hot water was hot but barely trickled out of the faucet. The carpet was coming undone in multiple places. There was a very load power generator right out side of our window the entire stay, day and night.

I thought I had included breakfast but apparently not so when the bill came it was extremely high for the value of the food. Small bathroom but everything else was very nice.

The customer service was exceptional and the location was definitely the best part. We were near our sons dorms and all events for parents weekend.
