Front desk staff was nice then it went South, quick. Room was made up nice and clean but for a family unit it only had a few cups for drinking out of and the cups were dirty that came out of the plastic which was so odd. Granted we were just 2 people that needed separate rooms, but. The fireplace we were excited to use had a garbage bag covering it. Never advised us before booking. We expected street noise and construction noise but at 2 a.m. we awakened to the family above our room coming into their room. The walls and floors are paper thin for noise restriction. Who designed this building!? It was HORRID. Sounded like stampeding buffalo for 2 hours then started again at 5 A.M. We could hear the water coming on every time they used it. The drain from their toilet sounded like a torrent of flood waters rushing through the walls every 5 minutes. We could even hear the kids jumping on a bed. Then we could hear housekeeping cleaning rooms which is understandable since they have to get things done but we couldn't sleep in. If you ever stay here and want to make someone's life miserable and ruin their vacation day, just book a room on top of someone else's. When I turned in my keys the staff asked how I was. I replied we were horrible and how the family above kept us awake and that I was close to tears knowing I hadn't slept and had a 3 hour drive ahead. I realize there's not much we could have done or wanted to do at 2 in the morning. I'm confident that all the good reviews came from people sleeping on the top level. You can ask for a top floor, but they're never guaranteed.

This hotel is well thought out and is definitely worth what it costs. Smaller rooms but everything is useful, and up to date. Comfy beds, great bathroom, large tv, and lots of extras by the lobby (24/7 coffee, pool table, games, fitness room, pool, and hot tub). I’d stay here again.

From San Jose flying to Salt Lake City, I stopped here for a night here on Huangshi Road. I am very satisfied. Seven people traveled and arranged three rooms adjacent to the second floor. The room was large and the bed was large and comfortable. The surrounding environment is very good, facing the waterfall and the Mormon Church. It is recommended that early friends go to the lake, very comfortable. There is also an abandoned wooden bridge next to the friendly park in Japan, suitable for all kinds of concave shapes. That is, the bridge is old and the bottom is live water, so you need to pay attention to safety. My friend ran around the lake early in the morning and was quite satisfied. Compared with so many hotels that Meixi’s trip has lived in, the breakfast variety is not the most abundant, but it is also satisfactory. There are also omelettes on the spot. Although there are no domestic hotels, it is rare. Let us feel the comfort of the hotel breakfast, very warm, not the pace of the back packer, it is best to bring change before breakfast, the girl who makes the egg cake is hoping to collect the tip, after all, people provide one-on-one service. Two or three kilometers from the hotel is Wal-Mart, which is convenient for replenishment. There are several restaurants on the street in the hotel, which is also convenient for eating.

The staff was extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist in making the reservation. On arrival, we were greeted warmly. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and had a fresh smell. Our standard room exceeded expectations. It was clean and large enough to have a sitting area. There was a balcony with a view overlooking the entire Pocatello area. We’ll definitely stay here on our next trip to Pocatello. Very happy travelers!

The hotel was easy-on/easy-off to the airport; also close to restaurants and businesses. I had a quick contactless check-in.The bed was very comfortable, although there was no pillow gradient and all the pillows were too high/firm. There were some spots/drips/smears on the nightstand between the beds but overall the room appeared clean. Fitness center was not available but I was able to use the pool! The room was not huge but fine for 1 person in a 2-bed room. However, I was unable to find a blow dryer (!) in the room and I looked all over. There were no USB ports but plenty of places to charge devices. The amenities included a make-up remover towelette and LOTION, something I'd had trouble finding in Utah and California hotels earlier in this stay. Breakfast was interesting - muffins or bagels in bags, yogurt and eggs in minifridge, drinks and condiments at the front desk:Jason fulfilled my requests for condiments and drinks and gave me a contactless checkout -- he was an excellent last impression of my stay. I would be glad to stay here if in the area again.

The hotel is very new, the location is halfway up the mountain, the high-speed side, the western breakfast is also quite rich, the parking is convenient, the living is more comfortable, the service is good, the service staff understands the meal, the recommended local restaurant not only has a discount, but also very good.
