"I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side."

"There was a piece of wrapping paper in a small corner, and the rest of the hygiene was OK. What was unpleasant was that someone called the fire department on the first day of stay. It was 12:30 in the middle of the night and it was 1 degree outside. Everyone had to go downstairs, and two fire trucks came. The firefighters looked around and found no problem. Everyone went back to sleep. After about 20 minutes, the fire truck 🚒 drove away and turned back, and everyone went downstairs again. Some people were really impatient. Apart from this, everything else was OK. The transportation to the station is about 8 minutes walk, and there is a restaurant opposite that serves Xiaolongbao and Xiaowonton."

"The room is fully equipped with electric stove and microwave for simple cooking. There is also a laundry room for guests to wash and dry clothes. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is poor and you can hear the residents in the neighboring rooms talking. Fortunately, the residents were considerate of each other and did not cause any noise."

"This is my second stay at Sky One, the location is excellent as it is near many restaurants and very close to station. This time round, the apartment is a bit less maintenance than the last one I stayed. The washing machine wasn’t working, the lamp wasn’t working but overall still a great choice to stay!"

"Location is a little far from CBD, but quite straightforward and easy to locate. Less than 10mins walk from box hill station. Not sure if the hotel provides toothbrush/toothpaste as it's not in th room. No slippers are provided hence Asians might find it a little uncomfortable as it is for me. There's no cooking oil or any condiments provided as well. Bed and pillow are too soft for my liking. Overall a good stay but will not come back again as it's inconvenient for me."

"Really good for the money. I usually stay in budget places because I'm trying to save money. This is really nice compared to some of the other places I've stayed for the same money. It is a little tired, but the bathroom was recently renovated and it was clean and nice furnishings etc. My tariff included breakfast which was a buffet of cereal, toast and a few cooked things (bacon, mushrooms, sausages, eggs etc). My only negative that it is on the corner of two busy roads so there is always traffic noise. It is close to a small shopping centre, and I had dinner at a nice persian restaurant across the road so those are all positives. There was parking when I arrived but it was quite full the next morning so I'm not sure whether it would ever be difficult to park."
