The hotel is a good 3 star hotel. The prices are reasonable and you are 20 minutes from Savognin and St Moritz and you are next to a small ski resort at Bivio. There is enough parking outside and the rooms and the hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and the food is good if selection is limited and the service is friendly and helpful. The sauna is small but good as was the jacuzzi. There is also a small games room for the kids. We originally booked an apartment but it is far from the hotel and has not been renovated. The quality is more basic and Celine made a real effort to reaccomadate us in the hotel. She also gave us a discount for our inconvenience and made sure we were not over charged with our meals. For me the high levels of customer service makes this a place worth staying at and is a good base for skiing and exploring the area.

Stayed here prior to doing the Exploratour hike from the Julier pass and it was the perfect base as it is steps away from the bus stop and they also start serving breakfast already at seven. The room wqs very comfortable and the view of the mountains from the balcony was stunning. The staff was the best part though, helpful, kind and talkative when needed. Best to think ahead if wanting to book as they can easily fill up especially in the wintertime despite the size of the building.

We were very well received, by very friendly and competent staff. The apartments were perfect for our groups, comfortable and well equipped Superb breakfast buffet Delicious and varied half-board menus

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are beautifully designed and the bathroom in particular is wonderfully modern. We really liked the sauna. The staff is competent and friendly. Impressively large room for breakfast, no crowds.

I knew this hotel 50 years ago. My compliments for the classic, well-maintained renovation. The room was missing a table and chair for writing. Otherwise, the facilities were excellent. Staff were unobtrusive, mostly on call (lack of skilled workers?)

A nice room and friendly staff made for a great stay in Bivio. The building is not the newest, but it has been beautifully renovated and is well maintained. The location right next to the children's ski lift makes it perfect for families.

Very nice host family, large selection at the breakfast buffet. Rooms very clean, nice little spa. The Graubünden nut cake was wonderful! Practical ski room in the hotel entrance. Only negative point: the room was heated too much

These New Year's days will remain in our best memories. Lots of snow and sun. Ski lift right in front of us. Top hotel with sauna and the best food. We were very satisfied all round and will come again.
