I'm judging here both the hotel and the restaurant. The hotel itself is probably close to "ok". It is like going back in time 20 years, as it is outdated, with old rooms, soft matrasses, cluncky bathrooms, but mostly bearable. What made our experience bad is that the hotel is located high up the mountain and therefor it is mostly the only place to eat when you stay there and the restaurant was really bad. Many things on the menu they didn't have and what they had was mostly greasy, and not well cooked. The grilled vegetables, for instance, felt as if they were grilled the day before and served like that. The breakfast was equally poor. The cooked eggs looked like they were made a couple of days before and completely overcooked and therefore badly colored. The bread was dry and hardly edible. Really too bad, as the location in the national park Pelister is very nice. Final tip: please update the maps of the hiking path as we received / saw probably 4 or 5 maps and they were all different! And in each case the starting point of the trail to the skistation was location at the wrong side of the hotel.
