B&B Hotel Birmingham Centre

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It was around 35°C outside when we arrived, so having a working air conditioner was essential. Unfortunately, the AC in our room did not work at all. The room was incredibly hot and humid, making it very uncomfortable. Even late at night, when the outdoor temperature had dropped to around 26°C, the room was still 27.5°C. We reported the issue to the front desk, but they were unable to offer any solution or assistance. No room change, no repair, and no meaningful compensation were provided. As a result, we barely slept the entire night. The only way to cool down was by taking repeated cold showers throughout the night, which completely ruined our stay. This was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better service from the hotel. I would not recommend staying here, especially during the summer if the air conditioning cannot be relied upon.

The location and the room are good. Also it has the good night view. But the air conditioner was not work and we feel hot when we slept.

One of my favourite hotels would definitely recommend and will be staying here again

I was there for a work trip. The shower floods the toilet every time i took a bath. No room service to change the towels despite informing the receptionists. Breakfast was okay.

The location is very nice, which you could just walk few minutes to the big train station.
