I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Birmingham, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Birmingham. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions. Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Whether you’re in Birmingham for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a special occasion, this hotel is the perfect choice. Great location, lovely big room with everything we needed and the breakfast had so many options!

This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time.

Lovely place to stay, the owner was very responsive which is great and accommodated a late check out which I totally appreciate! I was originally given the wrong room but once Informed the owner he amended this and apologised. The original room I wanted actually had a broken door panel which he explained but it didn’t bother me to be honest. Loved the bath and the projector - a few things unfortunately that need to be looked into, the bathroom flooded during my shower with the water migrating to the right side which then needed me to physically use whatever I could to get the water towards the shower drain. The bath, when you’re running it the attached shower continuously also drops water again which I had to get whatever I could to soak up. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, bath salts would be a lovely touch considering I feel the bath is a real selling point to the room. The cutlery was dirty but it’s ok because I wash anything before I use it. In the morning workmen whithin the apartment were making the MOST noise, literally in the little terrace just under the apartments windows however the apartment does have supply pair of earbuds which I soon realised was needed. Either way I will stay again for sure but yeah needs some tweaks which I’m highlighting as constructive feedback. Thanks Gurmukh

Best stay in the UK so far, its affordable for families and my stay was very comfortable…the reception was so helpful on EVERYTHING 💙parking was convenient…The amenities 11/10🤩 everything was included dishwasher, hob, pans, spoons, both AC & heater was in the unit…AMAZING💌 and to top it all off being a creative i absolutely adore the attention to detail and design of the place😌↕️ would definitely book another stay with Staycity😊

Very good hotel with allot of facilities. The spa was relaxing. Decent size pool. Sauna and steam room were big

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
