Generally is a good experience for a family stay. The villa is big and spacious. Both rooms are clean and tidy. We have in house BBQ session. Drawback is the toilet is open style with easy access for the flies and mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is acceptable. But for the 3 nights, we prefer to have dinner outside instead as the price is not that attractive.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The environment is clean and comfortable, the service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive and convenient. Its prime location makes getting around easy. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and would highly recommend staying here.

The room is big and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. As the stay is at the far end within the area , will be good to have more food options or bar so that travelers won’t need to go out for food etc. Generally the stay is good.

By far the best to go place for short gateway from hassle lifestyle in Singapore. Price are super valuable and with their top notch seevice. Everyone who have been asking me where to go for 3D2n, this is it. I enjoyed every of my stay there. All my request have been greatly answered

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! A wonderful stay with Pantai Indah. The private pool is so clean and our kids enjoyed very much! The beach view is nice and the sea is clean, the staff there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast on weekdays are not much choice but delicious. We sure book our next stay with Pantai Indah soon!

This hotel is great for family gatherings, and the service is quite good. The breakfast area is nice, though the variety of food isn't huge. The seaside environment is very comfortable, and having a private room with a private pool is fantastic for a relaxed stay.

The villa (especially the bathroom!!) was clean and above our expectation! Everything was working fine, and we were very well covered throughout the trip! We communicated with the very friendly and helpful staff through their WhatsApp to request for buggy ride, extra towel, housekeeping, whatever you want, and they responded very fast. Legenda Cafe provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had our breakfast there, and for weekdays breakfast, they do semi buffet where there is a small spread of food, and you can also order dishes from the menu. On weekends, they do full buffet breakfast. Food is good, mostly local food which is awesome. We did not see any minimarts within the resort, but the resort does provide transport to travel around Bintan. For instance, RP100k for two-way transport to Lagoi Bay. Private beach is only a few steps away from the cafe, and also walkable from our villa. Sand is super clean and very well maintained! Just note that since we are in nature, there are bound to be bugs / insects, so bring mosquito patches / sprays. We will definitely come back here again next time with family!!

Service was tip top! Efficient and effective! Super friendly staff, complimentary pick up and drop off to the ferry terminal ! Prices for activities and taxi services are clear and straightforward.

Friendly staffs, provide free buggy service around the resort. Pool was clean and well maintained Ordered warung yeah and it was delivered to my doorstep

only drawdown is sadly a fundamental design error with the units; the slim wooden doors to the (outside) shower get terribly noisy when windy, bad for light sleepers. Otherwise tip-top

Our stay in the two-bedroom villa was fantastic. It was clean and tidy, exactly as pictured. The crystal-clear pool was perfect for relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our room, as well as lunch and a BBQ at the villa. The staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting me with changing my ferry schedule, which was a huge relief. Although we didn't have time to participate in the hotel's activities or visit the private beach, our family still had a wonderful time together. We will definitely be back to enjoy another unforgettable holiday – thank you for everything!
