Very well located but big noise problem, no permanent staff or person on site, impossible to stop the noise from the air conditioning

They don't speak Basque. And if you try to make a reservation in Basque in writing, they won't make a reservation for you. A clear case of Basque phobia. They don't speak Basque. They deny reservations simply because they speak Basque. If Bilbao doesn't want to hear Basque, they can easily close down and go somewhere else in the world with their fascism. Basque bazaar, you're fed up with it, kid.

Terrible service. Closed restrooms, miserable breakfast, all industrial. And fascists with bracelets and an Israeli flag in the lobby.
