The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was small and was fine for an overnight stay but it wasn’t big enough if you wanted to stay several days.

First time at an Avid Hotel. Very impressed. Clean, comfy room. Big screen TV. No microwave or coffee in room but available in the lounge. Coffee available all day, Brewed fresh from coffee beans. Nice breakfast setup. Almond milk, oat milk & whole milk available. Our shampoo & body soap dispensers were empty but easily remedied by a trip to the desk. I would stay here again.

Good location, pet friendly, indoor pool, free breakfast. Pet owners need to pick up poop. The hotel offers poop bags and a place to dispose. Steps between floors needed to be vaccuumed and the pool area needs ventilation. It was extremely humid and all of the furniture was wet

Check in was quick and easy, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was a little sp****. But still good.

The hotel looks nice, but falls short in a lot of ways. The rooms are really small, and there seems to be no insulation between rooms. I could hear the tv, people talking, snoring, going to the bathroom, coughing next to us. The breakfast was pitiful. They had bagels that were so stale you couldn’t even cut through it to toast it. Really disappointing.

We had a king bed room - room was overall small but our stay was brief so that was ok. Modern materials were a bit strange - noise carried terribly because of this I think. Left RR vent on and slept ok. Shower was amazing and a vented restroom big bonus. Good overall, just not what I’m use to.

Everything is nice on the proposed. Our only complaint was the parking lot lights shining through the window. It needs better shades or curtains
