They are very good I had great time at hill view room..House keeping staff Bijay and Soni they are very good . Room cleaning was and great service food are very tasty I love service I will come back again good job all of you very good bed making and enjoy the time

Awesome location great view of the bhopal lake from excellent modern hotel room. For me rooftop pool is highlight which enhances your experience to new level. I would also like to mention that hotel staff including front desk executives are excellent and are delivering great service. Welcome gift was great and it will remain with us as good memory. Overall one of the execellent property of Taj in India.

Fantastic family friendly place . 20 of us stayed here for Diwali and we had a fantastic time. The Sales director Mr.Dhruv, the GM MR.Mishra & the food team at Machan restaurant were Top NOTCH!

I’d say excellent service, exceptional hospitality experience, amazing lake view rooms, spacious and comfortable. The staff makes this place truly special. Attention to detail, going out of their way to make this vacation truly memorable and unforgettable. I’ve never been catered to at this level anywhere I’ve travelled in India or the world. Was shocked that my family hadn’t already been here before, because the city is so underrated, the hotel is so underrated. They’ve pulled out all the stops to make this Diwali more wholesome. We were a huge family of 20, and we’re aware that with a group of so many people during the holiday season there can be chaos and challenges and different requests across the age group from senior citizens to infants. But the staff always had a smile on their face and gladly accommodated us at their property. Also helped make the birthday of my grandfather something special and intimate within the property grounds. They saw how close we all were, and even went out of their way to surprise each of us with our family picture photoframed. That gesture moved us to tears. We didn’t need to request for much to begin with, they delivered without being asked. Very very special property. We will definitely visit again.
