My stay in fairyland was amazing,services of hotel was too good as it was become one of my best experience in hotels i stayed.i appreciate Mr sagar thakur and Mr pavan for thier valuable services and very co operative behaviour,due to that i feel like very familier.i recommend to stay in this hotel.

We stayed here for just one night, and honestly, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel has a centralized air conditioning system, and since we were traveling with our 1-year-old baby, it became a major issue. The temperature could not be controlled at all, and our child ended up getting a fever because of the cold. We called the reception around 3 a.m. for help, but the response came after a long delay. Moreover, the bathroom glass was already broken, and it caused a cut on my sister-in-law’s leg — which is extremely unsafe for guests. During breakfast, when we requested them to toast the bread, it took a long time to come, and when it finally did, it was completely burnt. When we mentioned it, the staff casually said, “Aisa hi hota hai.” Overall, our stay was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The property needs better maintenance and more responsible staff, especially considering families with kids stay here.

Wow what a service outstanding. It was the best experience in bhopal in clarks inn. Best service I have seen. Best hospitality check out times by front office Kajal ji Best room service and best food and environment also .. wow nice restaurant as well. It was one of the best experiences. Location is in central location and easily accessible. Rooms are near and clean, breakfast is also good. Checkin and check out was smooth and staff is very polite. Special appreciation to front desk ms. Kajal Pardhi and housekeeping staff.

Good budget hotel. Very well maintained. Good location with easy accessibility to airport. Very friendly and helpful staff who were prompt to help out. Restaurant food was very good. Overall had a very good experience staying at Fairyland Clarks Inn, Bhopal.

The best hotel in Bhopal. Great value for money. Great food. Mr Ritesh Kumar, the General Manager, is on top of things in every department of this hotel. Be it Reception, House Keeping, Food, General Upkeep and every staff member, all are par excellence. Mr Sukhram F&B manager goes out of his call of duty to delight you and make you feel at home. In all they are the best in Bhopal.

We had our kitty party there . W head booked a food package : Place is good Food was good , but the manager Sukhlal spoilt the experience towards the end . He was unprofessional . When we asked him to pack the leftover food - he refused saying they don’t allow repack of food , becoz we booked a package . They will waste it but not repack for us !! That’s weird !!
