It was a very bad and unsatisfactory experience I had with Istanberry.I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the studio. It was clear that the studio had not been properly maintained and I did not feel comfortable staying there. When I raised my concerns with the staff, they told me that they don’t have another available apartment to change. I asked them to cancel my booking and refund my money. However, when I requested for the cancellation, I was informed that I would only be refunded for 2 days instead of the full amount. This is completely unacceptable as I did not even stay for a single day and the dirty and the maintenance condition of the studio was not my fault. After that they don’t refund my money and i was in the street in the night looking for another hotel. They think only about money they don’t care about the guest satisfaction. You can see the pictures for the condition of the studio before you book with them.

بسعر جيد استأجرت هذه الشقة الجاهزة بشكل كامل .. غسالة وغاز وميكروايف وحتى جلاية صحون
الإطلالة من الطابق الرابع جميلة ترى فيها عدة فنادق .
يوجد سوبر ماركت كارفور وشوك قريبين.
حصلت مشكلة في المياه في شقتي بعدة عدة أيام فأعطاني الموظفين شقة بديلة .
من السلبيات : لايوجد مصعد في البناء الذي استأجرت فيه.. خذ طابق أول او أرضي اذا كنت لا تحب الدرج
