"The hotel is located in Maryland, about 30 kilometers from Washington D.C., so it's considered a suburb of D.C. We were driving, and there's a main road right outside the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. We had a standard room with two queen beds. While the room wasn't extremely spacious, it was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a safe. We didn't have time to enjoy the gym or swimming pool. Wi-Fi was available in public areas like the lobby, but not for free in the rooms. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. When we checked in, the front desk gave us two small bottles of water. The next day, we asked for more and received it. However, on the third day when we asked again, they said they had run out. There's a parking lot, but it costs money. Trip.com stated it was $18 per day, but the front desk charged us $25 per day for our three-night stay. We didn't book breakfast, but it seemed to be around $25 per person."

"My family of four traveled from Nashville, TN to Washington, D.C. for fall break. We stayed about 30 minutes away from the National Mall. The Hyatt Regency was a great deal for us with a super friendly staff. Tons to eat near the hotel and it is located right above the metro station for convenience. I would recommend staying here."
