Elevator was broken. No wifi service. Room was smelling of smoke. The temperature regulator was broken.

Great staff along with a nice comfortable room in an excellent location close to just about everything.

Hotel doesn’t have parking. Service is awful. No breakfast only snacks.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. I think the person beside me was smoking in my room. Not really the fault of the hotel but still pretty gross.

Spacious room. However, it had a terribly dirty feel and smell to it. Bathroom smelled like excrement, rusty shower. The sink had hairs, it had clearly hadn’t been cleaned up prior to our check-in. Thermostat was not working, instead there was a very old system that took forever to “cool down “ a bit. Also, the elevator in the property was not working and I had to pay an extra $20 for parking.

Must pay for parking. Will be charged for each nights stay. Plus parking on the property is limited! Also the elevator was broken during my stay

One of the worse hotel experiences I ever had - it was one unpleasant surprises after another- from broken elevator we had to carry all our belongings to the 4th floor & the concierge never had the decency to announce it, nor apologized for the inconvenience. They’ve advertised for free parking online while throw you with a fee for parking at their facility. The price advertised on Travelocity website was a truce about the actual motel was charging- Besides the rooms, hallways & stairways was dirty , old lapiidated. Their linens bedding were ripped, wrinkled & untidy. On top of it all, there were no hotwater to take showers. I was so disappointed

Patricia at the front desk is the only thing I would give a thumbs up. The facility is a dump. Wall paper coming off the wall. Baseboards coming off, AC is a joke, elevator not working, TV was not properly working had to ask Patricia for help she went out of her way to fix the problem. You get what you pay for. Stayed one night. Reserve only as last resort.
