Best Western Plus Bessemer Hotel Suites

The hotel is a little bit old. The carpet is not that clean. Restroom is kind of old and small. Breakfast is good. OK for a one night stay.

We booked this property because of the swimming pool for our grandkids. We also had booked two rooms. We were put in individual rooms floor apart. Our room was clean, the one my daughter had was not clean. The hall was sweltering. The pool was green with algae and not usable. Tv in daughters room did not work. The staff was helpful as they could be. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The room that was reserved had a toilet that did not work at all and with a late arrival, this was really lousy.. The room that we reserved was deluxe. There was nothing deluxe about that room. We were given another room that had filthy rugs which were not properly vacuumed, and bits of food were scattered throughout and left from former occupants. The faucet for the sink was disgusting with mold and grime. The grounds around the facility were not cleaned from dog feces and had broken glass on the sidewalks. This was a disappointing stay as we have stayed three times and most likely will not return.

Pool not in service and the rooms smell alot like cigarettes when the rental agreement said nob smoking room Other than that staff is amazing and caring.

This isn't a "bad" hotel but they could definitely do some updates in the rooms and the elevator.

THE staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fresh and a good variety. The only negative was the rooms . especially the rooms above.

Nice safe location. Room was decent, reasonable cost. Breakfast had a nice variety with a large area with tables. We would stay there again if in the area.

Disappointed no coffee pot in room, tho available on request. Breakfast was lacking in flavor of food. Eggs were water-soaked, odd sausage. Staff super friendly and offered complementary waters upon arrival. Cleaning tasks need attention.

The nicest staff ever. Felt like home. The breakfast was delicious & I normally don’t like hotel breakfasts.
