Traveling around in Bern City  and See wonderfull view in Grindelwald. Hotel very nice near with public facilities, anyway Bern in nice city

The location was lovely and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to visit. The only issues for me were that room was very very small for two of us with large suitcases and the shower was a bit too intense with the pressure. Besides that the aircon was wonderful, beds were relatively comfy and the breakfast was lovely and delicious!!!!

Found some hairs on the bed, didn't feel good at first sight. The location is good, not far from the station.

1. Only 10 minutes from the railway station. 2. Close to main tourists attractions. 3. Staff is very helpful. 4. Breakfast is perfect especially with fresh croissants and strawberries. 5. Room is relatively small but comfortable. 6. Value for money.

I give this hotel 5 points, highly recommended! First of all, it has a good location, 5 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes from the market street, 2 minutes from the Federal Palace (watched a sound and light show at night), and it is very quiet. The room is of a good size and the bed is comfortable. The front desk is enthusiastic and responsible, and recommended that you go to Gurten before checking in, where you can overlook Bern. The hotel also gave me a city pass, which allows free public transportation. I got up early the next day to catch the train, and the hotel prepared breakfast. The price is acceptable, including breakfast.
