Everything without a problem. Good breakfast. Elevator. Only a few parking spaces. You can park on the street. Pleasant surroundings of single-family houses. Perfect for a short stay. Quiet, no parties.

It was a very pleasant stay! My husband and I enjoyed the evening. The hotel is centrally located near 3 different supermarkets and the M 13/M10 tram. It takes you into the city to the Ringcenter and Warschauer Strasse, so we didn't need a car. The staff were friendly and checking in took just a few minutes. Only checking out took longer because there was no staff at the reception... otherwise we had to wait 15 minutes. But otherwise we were generally satisfied. The rooms are simply furnished and very mobile.

The hostel is very dirty. All the surfaces are sticky. There is a terrible stench in the rooms, toilets, corridors and lobby. Things forgotten by the previous tenants are lying around until they are thrown away by the current tenants. Mattresses are stained with brown stains, possibly menstrual blood (I was in the women's room). The pillows are crumpled and terribly uncomfortable. The beds stand so you can't fully open the window to air it out. The lobby is very noisy and smelly too, apparently there is no ventilation or it is blocked. Absolutely not recommended, even for 25€ a night! It's too much for this place.

My wife and I spent five days at the hotel in June 23. It is quietly located on the Overseas in Lanke and was an ideal starting point for all planned businesses. You remember everywhere the long tradition of this family-run hotel. You should take the time to know the history documented with newspapers and photos on both the website and the house. The staff was friendly and helpful through the bank. There are enough parking places directly at the hotel The rooms are clean and medium size. A note to the room choice. There are rooms on the sea side, located directly above the terrace, where the tables are arranged for groups in summer and where one of the larger festive rooms is located. So who doesn't have anything against rising cigarette smoke and/or out of party is right here. Who doesn't like this should choose for a room on the forest side or ask for a sea view room that is more close to parking. Conclude: Great hotel, great location, great staff - we're coming back.

This B&B hotel is well-situated in Mitte, within an easy walk of shops (Alexa Mall), restaurants and transportation options. The room, though small, was well equipped and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty though little variation from day to day. The only negative is that the hotel was also hosting multiple student groups who crowded the public areas, elevators and breakfast area and were often noisy and oblivious to their impact on other travellers. This was a daily annoyance during our 4 night stay.

This hotel is an ideal residential neighbourhood, but also central to many attractions. Seconds from Liebeskind’s Jewish Museum, a short walk to Potsdamer Platz, etc. Superb breakfast, tidy modern rooms and excellent staff. Very comfortable and user friendly across all criteria. I would stay here again any time. Quiet street for the centre of Berlin.

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

This hostel is in a part of Berlin that is not far from most places. It’s clean and the staff are always helpful. Do bring a lock since the lockers in the dorms don’t have one but you could rent them for 5 euros at the reception when I was there.
