As others have mentioned, I needed to make use of the plunger. The toilet was running the whole time I was there. AirWick (ugh) didn't entirely mask the mildew smell. Also ugh. The whole room was dingy and dirty. The security lock in my room was broken, and all the outside doors were unlocked. There is no free breakfast, no breakfast available at all. Just a grim place to stay. If you can afford to go elsewhere, do it. This particularly applies to women traveling alone - I'm normally intrepid but this place was creepy.

My family and I were traveling back home to Maine from Pennsylvania and decided to go to Six Flags in Mass. We last minute found this hotel on our way to CT. It was late and we just had a miserable two days from staying in horrible hotels. When I went into this hotel to see if we could last minute book I was greeted by an extremely nice gentleman. He was happy to get us a room and was so helpful. We had a double queen room and it was AMAZING. Absolutely beautiful. After staying in two disgusting hotels this felt like we were in heaven. The beds are so comfortable. The room was spotless. My favorite was the water pressure in the shower. I wanted to stay in there forever. My daughter loved the pool. It was very clean. They have a Starbucks inside. This hotel is extremely safe and I cannot recommend them enough. Definitely stay here if you need to. Thank you for an amazing nights sleep.

One of the two elevators was broken during my stay. And it is highly secured. Cannot get in without card key 7/24. If you are a man or a group of men traveling rough, it is a place. The concern is that there are always a group of people hanging around in the front door, around the parking lot. And it seems some occupants are with little kids. Not sure if the motel is rented out for longer term under government programs. The surrounding areas have a number of government agencies. If you travel as a family, this definitely not your choice.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I had to extend the initial reservation and the staff arranged it seamlessly. The manager, Jeri, is phenomenal. She is very personable, attentive, and communicative. The front desk staff members were consistently pleasant and courteous, and I experienced nothing but friendliness and helpfulness on any occasion I encountered them. Brian, the head of maintenance, was not only amazing to fix anything that needed attention but also did it with a smile and a laugh no matter how much work had to be done. Lola and Ricky in housekeeping were always friendky and conscientious. The premises is constantly maintained to a high standard and I was impressed at the cleanliness and neatness each day. The grounds are also very quiet and have an almost park-like appearance. I have another trip upcoming to this area, and after having this very positive experience, I would not consider any other hotel for my stay. I highly recommended this ESA.
