Premier Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz Hotel Reviews

Premier Inn Berlin is a solid price-performance hotel in a very convenient location, just next to Alexanderplatz. The rooms are somewhat small, but clean, functional and comfortable enough for a short city stay. Public transportation access is also very easy from the hotel. The only downside was that some of the lobby staff seemed a bit weak in customer communication and not particularly welcoming.

Everything was normal except beds were too narrow pillow was not comfortable.  Other than that stay was okay thank you

Below acceptable levels hotel and the ratings given in parameters accordingly with details. - House Keeping - Despite informing the reception staff well within the stipulated time, room was not cleaned, trash not removed and towels not changed (on return in the end of the day, we had to do it all ouserslf, dewpite beingva paid customer). Moreover overall rhe housekeeping and hygiene standarss of this particular premier inn, aleksanderplatz, berlin is way below preimiwr inn standards and is not acceptable for a guest family like us. Room was dusty qhen checked in, no vaccum cleaner used to clear dust, and since there are multiple mirrors, one can clewrly see the dust. Carpets are dusty. Corridors carpets need inmdiete attention with deep cleaning as they are dirty and dusty. Facitlites and amenties - Waiting time for entering the lift is minimum 20 minutes as one of the lift is kept off with a indefinite board of not working. Many guests were found complaining and they and us tried to use the lifta in the rear end near to food hall amd that ot there too it was waiting time of almost 15 to 20 minutes with 10 floor amd almost 700 rooms one can imagine the chaoes in the lift area. Using staitcase is the only option than waiting, but with luggages how is yhat posssible to use staircases? Space constraint in the breakfast area - For this many rooms and when hotel is anywhwre near to 3/4th of capacity, it is very difficult to get space to sit in dor breakfast. Grab a coffee and go is probably an option, else need to expand the breakfast area.

We stayed in a family room - but it was tiny - there was hardly room to move! I didn’t expect a suite, but I definitely expected a family sized room - not a double room but with extra beds - especially for the price! Was so small that it had a sliding door to the bathroom to save space, but (by design) it didn’t close properly, so there was a gap all the way round and it didn’t lock - so no privacy! Staff could have been friendlier. However - breakfast was excellent! Huge variety. Great location.

Nice place

The service was very friendly and the room quality was excellent. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, so there was a long wait. There were a lot of people arriving at 3:00 PM. It's very conveniently located next to the station. The flixbus stops nearby, which is very convenient.

A really good hotel, very centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice, and we will definitely return to Premier Inn when we go to Berlin again.

It's close to the subway station and offers good value for money. It's also conveniently located near large shopping malls and supermarkets.

The room is a bit small, everything else is good

The hotel is located near tourist attractions and is convenient for walking, but be careful when walking outside at night
