There is no one at the front desk to check in, and the apartment door can't be opened, so it is impossible to check in. Moreover, the apartment is on the side of the road, and there is no place to park. It is very troublesome to rent a car and park, and you have to find your own parking space everywhere. Although the apartment has its own parking garage, it can only park 8 cars, which is equivalent to no parking. The experience was very bad.

There is a tram stop and a subway station downstairs of the hotel. The tram goes directly to Berlin Main Station in ten minutes, which is very convenient! Overall satisfied, very clean and spacious, kitchen equipment and utensils are complete. Although the check-in time was later than the manual check-in time, I checked in smoothly according to the hotel's instructions. The only thing is that it's not so quiet at night because it faces the street, but it's still acceptable.

Clean, the transportation is very convenient! There are many restaurants downstairs and there are many shopping options. The most impressive ones are the show gel and shampoo (we even checked how to buy them, but unfortunately they can only be purchased online and cannot be shipped to Asia) and the tea bag in the room. Overall, it is a good accommodation experience in Europe.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room was perfect for two people. Only down side is from the rooms you could hear doors, people in the corridors, footsteps, toilet flushes in neighbour rooms! The only other issue we had was the temperature. The hotel its self was very warm! The rooms have air on however on max cool the room was still stuffy and warm. Made sleeping hard

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Very comfortable and clean. Mitte is a great area with underground just outside which was very convenient. Great shops, restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent and well equipped rooms. Great location near stores, restaurants and public transportation. Walkable to most of the city highlight. The online checkout was not working due to an internet malfunction but the guy at the reception took care of us.

I was traveling to several places in Europe, and not only did Berlin seem like the best city of all, but my stay in Amano helped make the entire experience perfect. Really, the best stay I have had on my entire trip to Europe. New, complete, services, telephone service (I had some needs and they attended to me right away). Very comfortable, there are 4 of us and we were very good in the apartment. Finally, the location, literally next to a subway station, 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz, the tourist center of Berlin. I really recommend it.

Subway right behind the building, 5 minutes ans you are in the centre. Nevermind the centre, you can find anything you need next to the apartment, be it asian restaurants, a very good bakery, a grocery, rossman store, vape store, and even a Neo Tokyo store focusing on K-pop and Anime culture - which in our case was absolute pleasure, we are big fans.

Very nice apartment quite close to the city center. All need it equipment available, rooms were clean and fresh. I really liked the coffee mug as a welcome gift :) lovely. I can recommend this place to stay
