The place has potential (modern cool vibe, good location, friendly staff), but the most basic services you would expect from a hotel were not there.
I staid for 5 days in December, when the temperatures outside were in the negative, and for my whole stay the water in the shower was barely lukewarm. Every time I complained I got different excuses (it's an issue in the whole building, we are working on it, it's the same in the whole neighbourhood...) but then I discovered that my colleague staying in the same hotel did have hot water in her room. After several complains I was offered a free breakfast, but that does not compensate for not being able to take a nice hot shower when it's freezing outside. Additionally, the fire alarm went off one day at midnight, which according to other reviews is something that happens quite regularly in this hotel. So until the hotel works on these most basic services, all its coolness is completely useless and it's really not worth the price. Better stay in a less cool hotel where you will be able to take a hot shower and sleep through the night without having to evacuate and stay in the cold for half an hour in the middle of your sleep. 100% NOT recommended.

The whole process is very easy and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Plenty of suggestions of places to visit and to eat. I especially like that you can leave your bags there even when you’ve checked out for free if you have some time left to explore the city.

Excellent stay. Big comfortable clean room with all the amenities needed. Staff were helpful and nice. Good bar area. And super central! Would recommend!

Срабатывала сигнализация поздно вечером и всем пришлось выходить на улицу. В отеле много живет студентов и они сказали что сигнализация срабатывает практически каждый день уже много месяцев. В комнате очень пыльно. Окна выходят на офисное здание, поэтому всегда были зашторены окна и приходилось существовать в тусклом свете желтых ламп. А так все есть необходимое.

Servizio top, al desk c'era sempre qualcuno pronto ad accoglierci.
Stanza minimal, letto comodo e bagno grande con tutti i servizi.
Lavanderia gratis, come anche il deposito bagagli.
