The hotel is close to city center and have lots of food and stores nearby. The room is very fancy and clean, love it and recommended to my friends.

Horrible apartment! Dirty , no respectful personal . We found a dirty socks, from another guest , under of our bed , very noisy. When we wrote them and said about all problems they even didn’t say sorry .

Lovely stay at this clean, modern apartment. Safe area with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to museum island and other tourist attractions. Great tram and underground links. Highly recommended :)

Overall an amazing trip especially since my flight was a bit early and they let me self check in very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend

I came to this place because it was booked by a travel agent. I had to sit outside the building for 2 hours and stay on the phone with them because they didn't send me a link to pay, so I had no code to enter the building. It is simply ridiculous that I had to spend 2 hours asking for a code and sitting outside waiting. I even asked to cancel my reservation cause I wanted to go to another hotel, and they said I had to pay the room ( to which they didn't let me in!!!) Anyway. Now it seems impossible to get an invoice via their website. Highly not reccomend this place. There is no support or help whatsoever. Very very unpleasant experience, except for Dea, an employee from their call center, who spent 2 hours on the phone with me trying to find a solution to get me in the room....

It’s a great location! Walking distance to transportation, shops, restaurants, to museums and Prenzlauerberg. Check in was easy, room cozy, we took one with balcony and ate breakfast there every morning. Will come back it was so great.

amazing place- prime location, clean and spacious rooms plus kitchenette- great when you travel with children:! also complimentary coffee etc, and although there’s no reception, every question i had was answered within minutes via what’s app- fantastic customer service!
