Good hotel, cozy room with high ceilings. Fresh towels and daily cleaning.

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are great and the service is excellent. Although the location is a bit far out, it's conveniently located near a subway station. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, making shopping easy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

The parking lot has plenty of spaces and feels secure. The hotel itself is a bit older, with dated facilities. It probably feels cozy in winter, but it can get a little stuffy in the summer, though opening the window helps. The staff, however, are wonderful and very welcoming.

The hotel rooms are very large and spacious, but they urgently need an update. If you visit in the summer and get a room on the top floor, the heat is suffocating, as your only relief will be a fan. The area around the hotel isn't very inviting; it's a rather dirty neighborhood, though it seems safe. The metro and train stops are about 10 minutes away.

The location is quite convenient, not too far from three different metro stations, about a two-stop bus ride away. It's about a 20-minute drive or metro ride to Museum Island. If you buy a 24-hour Berlin transport ticket, you can basically travel seamlessly. The breakfast was plentiful and quite tasty. There are plenty of free parking spots in front of the hotel at night, and it's not usually too difficult to find one. The room was very clean, and although there was no air conditioning, the two golden dragon floor fans actually made it feel even cozier. The price was also quite reasonable.
