Terrible hotel, don't go there unless last one in Berlin. Photos and descriptioms are fake. Whole hotel stinks after smoking and mold. Water leaked from ceiling and the staff is of no help.

The location is very good in the heart of Kudam ,close to the Zoo train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The lobby, restaurant,bar ,swimming-pool are very nice and classy .Unfortunately ,the standard rooms are quite outdated ,especially bathroom,. The furniture's are looking really like from 1980 s,with wired mirrors at the entrance . I was feeling like in a changing room. Overall the stay was good in my room. I believe they may have updated rooms too.

Definitely not 5 start! Trip.com writes mistakeably that they have 5*, but actually they don't have any oficcially. Their standard is like 3*.

The second time I stayed, the room was upgraded and the experience was much better. The bathroom renovation added points. This time I was told that in addition to the indoor swimming pool, there was also a sauna and a gym available. I will come again next time.
