AR Suites&Art

​We stayed 6 nights at AR Suites and Art, and while the location right next to the train and bus stations is fantastic and the staff were genuinely great, the room itself left a lot to be desired for what we paid. ​The bedroom lacked simple basics: there were no plug sockets near the bed to charge phones, and despite having aerial points ready on the wall, no TV was ever mounted. Housekeeping was non-existent—our room wasn't cleaned once during our entire stay. We had to message via WhatsApp twice just to get fresh towels and the bins emptied, and the second request was forgotten entirely because it wasn't passed on to the cleaners. On top of that, our room doorbell kept randomly ringing with no one outside. ​It’s not the cheapest place in Bergamo, and for the money, you expect functional room layout, basic maintenance, and consistent service. Convenient base, but definitely overpriced for the experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The staff were absolutely perfect—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything was well organized. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would happily stay here again!

Superb. Comfy, large suites. Great outdoor space to rest and relax. Breakfast looks good too. Staff lovely. Rooms immaculate. Didn't use dpa but looks good.will be back

We came from Saudi Arabia and stayed for one night only, but it was a wonderful experience. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, and it made us feel comfortable right away. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and well organized. Thank you for your kind hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we would be happy to stay here again.
