I was extremely satisfied by my stay at Thermae 2000. Located on a mountain in Valkenburg, the panoramic views and the natural beauty of the surroundings give a great sense of serenity. The hotel is very comfortable. Each room, fully equipped and well maintained, has a little terrasse with a peaceful view on the forest. Built as a pyramid, it is the only hotel I know that has a little funicular instead of a lift to go from one floor to another. The staff in general, and especially in the hotel and the various restaurants, are always smiling, polite and seem to care and be happy to work in this place. They will make you feel welcome and comfortable, and attend to your every request with a smile. The spa facilities are very extensive, super clean and well maintained, and you can choose from a variety of options to suit your mood and needs. There are pools inside and outside and a very large choice of saunas, steam baths and water treatments as well as lots of space outside to relax and cool down. Throughout the day, free group activities are proposed. The spa treatments are very professional and enjoyable. The therapists are skilled and pleasant. All the rooms are clean, well maintained and provide the perfect atmosphere to relax and feel pampered. I tried the gastronomic restaurant for dinner (« Pure”) and it was perfect. The Indian lady Executive Chef has a very inventive, superbly presented, sophisticated and tasty cuisine. It is a bit expensive but worth every penny. The dishes are creative, fresh and flavourful, and the service is impeccable and reasonably quick – although the restaurant was full on that night. (It is advisable to book in advance) Overall experience: Perfect for a special occasion. I believe, it is one of the best spa resorts in the Netherlands and among the best in Europe. I personally truly unwinded and enjoyed every minute of my stay.

Very beautiful and modern rooms. Great TV incl. chromecast so you can watch whatever you want. Entry and exit was very easy and breakfast was also good! Our room was on the side of the airport and it was quiet, at the beginning of the evening you could see a lot of air balloons in the far. We were happy to be surprised to see if you could buy some of the snack at the reception evening, and they sold snacks at about the same price as you should pay in the supermarket for it.

The hotel is just opposite the train station, with convenient transportation. It is a cooperative hotel for ANDRE RIEU performance. The lobby manager enthusiastically presented the cloth bags for the performance (which also served as cushions). The room is large, and the hotel has a long history but the internal facilities are well maintained.

A stay in Castle TerWorm is really an experience. From the moment you get the field, you feel the special atmosphere. The castle has a beautiful garden, making you immediately enter a delicious “relax mode”. The service is top. The staff is friendly and professional, they make you feel welcome. Eating in the restaurant was a whole culinary experience, the dishes were creative and each plate was a picture. The wine choice was excellent, including expert advice from the sommelier. TerWorm offers a unique experience where luxury, comfort and gastronomy meet. It is the ideal place for those looking for a special outfit. Absolute advisor!!

the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is tiny but clean. Consider the price, the overall is excellent. Highly recommended. Breakfast is not variant but good quality. The showeroom space is good enough. The enviornmnet is quiet.

Service was good. Rooms complete. Breakfast was well cared and wide choice. Unfortunately we had the room above the Irish Pub. That's nicely useless. Until 4.00 hours no eye closed. Despite windows close to ventilator, no airco, and was very warm ....These rooms above the pub should actually be used nudity ......

This hotel service is very garbage. When I stayed at the hotel, I asked what time for breakfast. We booked at nine o'clock. At nine o'clock, we went to the restaurant and said that the front desk reported us at eight o'clock. We had to add quilts in the European winter room. They said they didn't provide it. We logged in to their website to persuade them to have this service. They just gave the quilt. After taking a shower in the morning, I couldn't find the hair dryer. The front desk asked me to go to the front desk to pick it up. ***Speechless. When I check out, I have to pay the room fee (I have already paid online for the booking on Trip.com, I need to pay 4.7 Euro City Fee). I contacted Trip.com customer service Xiao Qin enthusiastically responded to the hotel in 25 minutes, and the result was that the service fee was still overcharged when the city fee was charged. 5.3 Euro (Actually paid online), feedback Ctrip customer service Xiao Qin after Ctrip quickly arranged a refund. This hotel obviously does not reach the four-star level of DoubleTree by Hilton, the service is a bit discriminating against Chinese, I will not choose to stay.
