Holiday Inn Express Berea

This hotel was super clean! The staff was very helpful and gave us a great dinner suggestion. Will definitely stay here again on trips to this area.

We stayed in a lovely room that was exceptionally clean and spacious. We are never disappointed when we stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

We're stopping here for a night during our road trip to South Carolina! Arthur was super friendly and he made the check-in process so quickly. The room is so clean! We had a very good night's sleep in here after a long driving. If I need to stop for a rest on the way to SC in the future, I will definitely book this place again.

Really disappointed by this and I never leave bad reviews. I had been driving for 11 hours with three kids, mostly in the rain and in the dark. I made an accident by booking this hotel, thinking it was 30 minutes in front of us, and after booking I put the address into google maps, and it turns out it was an hour behind us. I immediately attempted to call ******* to try to cancel my reservation. After being unable to reach ******* for 10 minutes, I called the hotel. Their local number went to a call center, not the actual hotel. I explained the situation and after almost 30 minutes of them trying to figure it out, they determined they could not give me a refund and I’d have to go through *******, but was told that if ******* put in the request for a refund, it should be no problem. After another 20 minutes of trying, I finally reached *******, who contacted the hotel and I was told I’d have to wait for a manager to approve or decline my refund request. The next day I learned that it was declined. Now, this was my error, not their’s. However, I called immediately after making my mistake and notified them that I wouldn’t be coming, and they very easily could have chosen to refund the money. I booked the right Holiday Inn Express, that I originally intended to book and stayed there, but I wasn’t going to drive an hour backwards in the rain, just to add an additional hour to my drive the next morning. I get that it was my fault, but it’s not like they lost a sale to someone else.

Beautiful large 2 queen bed room. Only problem was the small refrigerator did not seem to operate correctly. We were told there wer new updates coming next year. Otherwise we enjoyed the room and hotel very much.

Excellent accommodations. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again on my next visit.

very convenient to Berea. We are passing thru from Indy to TN and wanted to see downtown Berea

Just such a clean, well cared for hotel. Quiet, great staff, and a fantastic morning breakfast. Will stay here again!
