Bad experience. Impolite and bad service. Unclean and dirty room and hot spring. The bed sheet has blood spot on it and the hot spring floor is slippery and dirty. The buffet food tastes bad. But the location is quite convenient and there is convenience store near the hotel. And there are some entertaining facilities such as table tennis tables and karaoke room.

Kamenoi Hotel Beppu is conveniently located near the JR station and main bus terminal, making it easy to travel to various parts of the city, including Beppu's Jigoku, via public transport. Some stains in the toilet. Hotel is not very near the station. The staff at the hotel is excellent. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel.

It is an great hotel with enough space for 3 baggages and providing hot spring for customers. Will consider to book the same hotel even it is an older one

Don stay here. Avoid. Only three slow elevator. Have to wait in line for the elevator Room Aircon dated and cannot adjust temperature. Ventilation is very bad. Dirty room carpet. Old, old old hotel Dated room Parking available beside hotel and free but difficult to access from hotel. Just avoid

For those driving, please note that there are limited parking lots behind the hotel building. If it's full, you'll need to park at the multi-story car park beside the hotel, which doesn't come with a lift. Several convenience stores are located nearby the hotel. Overall, the check-in experience was smooth. However, the wait for the lift is quite lengthy, as there are only three lifts serving all customers. It took me 10 minutes to go down during peak hours.
