Plus, because of the itinerary, I booked it at that time. I wanted to enjoy the hotel for two nights, but I didn't expect it to be so bad. The price of the Sumanoizukan next to it (there is no such hotel on Ctrip, but I saw it on booking later) is similar to it, but from the hotel lobby to the service awareness of the service staff, it is quite modern and considerate. It’s not that this hotel won’t refund me, I will definitely change my reservation to this Suginoi hotel that day. Because when I made the reservation, the hotel only supported the price for two people, but I only had one person, because I spent the money for two people. I said you can give me a dinner, but I was rejected. I stayed for 2 nights, and both nights the food was slightly different and I was satisfied. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was delicious. Dessert in the lobby after breakfast. There aren't many varieties, but the warmth is conveyed by the fact that you can take them home with you to your room. The bathroom was also clean, but I wish it had a quick wiper if possible. I couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner in the changing room of the open-air bath, so I was sweating profusely after I left. All the employees were very kind and worked hard.

The front desk staff are very polite. The overall service attitude is very good. The room was tidy.

This is a very cost-effective ryokan. The use of the private bath is impressive and quiet. The staff service is very friendly. However, if you arrive at Hakata Airport late in the afternoon, you will miss the shuttle to your hotel accommodation from the east side of Beppu Station if you take the bus. The last shuttle is at 6pm. Please note that in this case, taking a taxi will cost about 15,000 won. There are no convenience stores nearby.

This is a quiet and clean hotel. There is no communal public bath, but I am satisfied. Breakfast is good too
