Environment: This hotel is located near Benxi Bus Terminal. It is very good among the hotels I have stayed in, especially the lobby. There are some business districts that can be used for small meetings. There is a small newspaper and some books next to it. You can pass the time if you have nothing to do. The entire hotel decoration is also a standard home-like hotel style. Service: The service is generally normal, the smile service is standard, and the handling of things is more flexible. There is a laundry room and gym on the third floor of the hotel. The room facilities are also relatively new, and the decoration style is also in line with the modern trend.

The overall stay experience exceeded expectations! ! I didn't expect there to be such a great hotel in Benxi with such fine details. When I came here, it had just opened for trial operation. It was very new, but it had no smell. The deodorization was very good. The overall hotel design is very stylish and tonal. The original wood style design is very comfortable. The glass corridor from the first floor to the second floor gives a great feeling of space. The room recommends a large sunny bed with a private bath and the water is very good and hot. The water is filled quickly, the room is large, the bathroom scent is good, and the whole house is smart and modern. It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and treats every guest very polite and friendly. The manager who should be a short-haired man is very considerate in handling our room upgrade. Among the girls, we needed some cleaning tools, and we found help to deliver them. I have stayed in many hotels in the Northeast on business trips, and I feel that the overall hotel quality is four-star or above. The Yiyi and Atour All Seasons are in the same echelon. I will come back to Benxi next time.

I stayed during the Chinese New Year. I was very touched on the evening of the New Year's Eve. When I came back, I found that I sent a plate of dumplings 🥟 so warm ～. The service is warm, the room is clean and tidy, and the location is quiet.

The hotel is very close to Benxi Railway Station and within walking distance. Good value for money, free double breakfast, rich breakfast. There are parking lots nearby, large supermarkets and small commodity markets, and many fruit stalls. Shopping is very convenient. The room is spacious and well equipped. Really recommend 👍

The service in the hotel is warm, the restaurant can provide three meals a day, with a variety of food to choose from, there are many breakfast options, and there are surprises every day. Overall satisfactory hotel. First, the location is 10 meters on the right side of the high-speed rail station square. There is a bus to Benxi Water Cave in the square, 10 yuan per person, which is very convenient. There is also a ballroom in the building, but I didn't feel noisy at night. This is second time to visit this hotel, mainly for the fact that it is one of the few better hotels in Benxi and the only one with a swimming pool. The pool is not big, but enough to swim a few laps up and down. The adjacent gym is available, but unfortunately, according to hotel policies guests can only use the gym or gym+pool at the same time and not at different times like early morning and late afternoon or evenings. So the gym is pretty much abandoned, nobody uses it. The changing room is cramp and not very clean. Hot water from the showers is acceptable. Perhaps the two ladies and guy at the counter can do more to maintain the changing rooms rather than sit down all day playing with their phones. The guy waiting at the pool area acting as ”lifeguard” for a 1.3-1.5m deep pool is not necessary at all. The room we booked was fine. Warm, spacious and clean. The interior is clearly showing its age and we saw scratches on the bathroom door from years of sliding in and out. It would be nice to have power outlets on both sides of the bed for personal phones and tablets. The bathroom was surprisingly cramp, however the shower provided ample space. The restaurants and shops inside all looked closed inside the hotel so we visited a small shopping mall next door for food and groceries. For Benxi, it will be hard to find anything better because there aren't many options out there. This is why we'll probably come back again.

The yard is super pleasant, the house is very clean, and the boss is very enthusiastic and considerate. It feels like home. During the National Day trip, I wanted to find a hotel like this. After searching for a long time, I finally checked it out and luckily got it. The boss said we were so lucky. One second there were guests visiting the hotel, and the next second we booked it. . There is a trampoline for children to play in the yard and a pavilion for drinking tea. But I was short on time, otherwise I really wanted to stay a few more days. Breakfast and intangible cultural heritage mooncakes are also great👍👍
