"We called several different hotels and they all had pools but were either closed for the season or were way to exspensive. The Laquita of bentonville was close to home. It was very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool and spa area was well kept. Rooms were warm and clean. The breakfast bar had an excellent selection and fresh"

There is an optional studio apartment above the garage that you can rent also. The home is built with tall ceilings and a welcoming living area to relax around the fireplace. The kitchen and dining area will accomodate 10 people with a large pantry room and laundry room. 3 of the bedrooms are downstairs on the first level and the 4th bedroom is upstairs. The master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom have a private bath. The additional two bedrooms downstairs share a large bathroom. Upstairs is a large game/rec room with a 75" HD TV. There is also a 55" HD TV in living area.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire home and garage area. You will enter the back door from the garage area. Home is secured at back door with an electronic lock. An unlock code is provided before arrival.
