Comfort Inn Benson Near Kartchner Caverns

This is our go-to stop in Benson. The rooms are cleaned, plenty of hot water and the breakfast is good. We had one small complaint with this room, because the A/C smelled very musty; but, we checked and the air filter was clean. Still a good room at a fair price.

Ice machine broken. Desk checkout wouldn't give me a printed receipt because I "booked with a 3rd party". No Choice rewards points because I " booked with a 3rd party". ( ******* ) Room and facilities were clean. Breakfast staff were attentive and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn, after a day trip from Benson and back. Its location and price were good.

Everything was great except the ice machine was broken and the TV remote was damaged making it hard to work. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and offered help. Breakfast was good with pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs.

I asked to be moved due to road noise and was told they were full. I suspected she was lying so I asked later in the day when her shift was over and was moved immediately Otherwise, all fine

Everything was as expected except for previous occupants toothpaste still in bathroom sink. Weird having coffee maker in bathroom….

Check-in was quick, the room was exactly what I needed, and it was quiet! Breakfast was typical but hot, and the manager there was pleasant and efficient. No complaints!

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our trip. Comfort Inn would not work with us to reschedule our stay so we ended up losing the approximate $700.00 that we had paid upfront. We are extremely disappointed in this outcome.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The place was a big hard to find if you’re driving at night. But once we arrived the checkin was easy.
