Miguel was incredible in assisting my daughter in the zip lining. She felt so safe and taken care of. She didn’t think twice. He was friendly and caring and we highly recommend trying this activity out! Can’t beat zip lining across a pool with ocean view!

We love so many things about this place! In no particular order: 1) the aqua fit classes everyday at noon. The kids called it pool dancing and it was always so fun! Gustov and the lady that ran them were amazing and so engaging 2) the beach. There were plenty of chairs and beds. It was amazing that you could order from the snack shack and not have to leave the beach 3) the zip line and trampoline park! The kids used the trampoline park everyday. It was a perfect break from the sun and burn energy before dinner 4) the food. The selection and variety was lovely! A special thanks to the service received from Ever, Ruby and Oliver 5) the rooms! Having a separate bedroom For the kids was so glorious. Super relaxing and comfortable for everyone! Some recommendations that we would have liked (once again, no order): 1) earlier live shows. 8pm would have worked way better for our kids. 9 was just too late. 2) more crafts/activities in the kids club (less TV!) 3) better communication. When we first arrived we were told you couldn’t make reservations at the restaurants. This was not true and on top of it how you made them was not consistent. Sometimes your did some at the restaurant, others you had to make with the concierge. Some had to be same day others could be done in advance 4) more variety with the movies! There were A LOT of super hero movies and Jurassic Park (descendants was my kids fav movie that played while we were there) 5) I really wanted to do yoga on the beach when I was there but we didn’t find out when it was happening until after the fact Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would entertain going back! The entertainment staff is all so wonderful as well as the serving staff. The entertainment staff are so good with the kids!! Especially DJ Omar. These guys go over and above. Such wonderful people. Dear manager of the hotel : heat the POOLS! We will come back once the pools are heated. And you need to hire more staff to take care of the grounds, there is not enough staff working and line-ups for coffee are too long. 1 person isn’t enough to work at the coffee shop. Theyre constantly running out of drinks , toilet paper, soap on a daily basis. But all of the staff is the very best!

Excellent show tonight! Great performers! All the dancers was amagazings (Alejandro, Christian, Edgar, David, Yaimí, Lizbeth, Iris and Abigail, and the djs was great (Omar, Alberto and Andres) we waiting the moonlight Show tomorrow with so emotion, all the experience in the hotel was incredible, I’m so happy for coming here

Had a great experience, they could use a little more staff but everyone was very warm and helpful - Miguel on the zipline made my son's day and Alicia was great at teaching Pilates and Yoga. The food was excellent - some long waits for the steak restaurant but the others were good especially Finica de Ana. Buffet was 👍.

I would NOT stay here again. A lot of what is advertised is false. Dining - only 1 restaurant allows for reservations (adults only) but all others you can't make a reservation unless you are of their high level status. We would go when the restaurant would open (6PM) and they would say it was a 2-hour wait or they were full for the night. So buffet was nearly the only option for nearly all of the trip which wasn't that great. Seaweed - The beach was FULL of seaweed and the resort did little to clean it up. NOT a nice beach.... Staff - most of the staff was not very friendly but I do understand why, as the resort has terrible management. Seating - there wasn't enough seating at the beach or pool. You had to go put towels and personal items out by 7:30AM in order to have somewhere to sit. Shows - shows are at 9PM which is a bit late for little kids. Wish it was a little earlier. Kid actives and childcare - this was the PLUS that they offered. The baby explorer (ages 0-3) option was nice to have but just a heads up they don't offer it till 11AM then break 5-6PM and go back 6-9PM. We had to go find a staff member every time at 6PM to try to go to dinner. After our kids going twice they didn't want to go back though which was rare for them as they normally have zero problem with outside childcare, so it also was basically a wash. Thankfully we had a nanny with us or we would of only had 2 hours of a break the whole trip. Housekeeping - they did a great job cleaning up the room everyday which we appreciated
