The hotel is very poor. I booked two rooms, one with a broken phone, one with dirty sheets, and the service was mediocre. It took 40 minutes to get someone to get a toothbrush because the hotel is so big. The staff rarely asked for directions and couldn't ask... Hotel It’s so huge that you have to walk everywhere to get a golf cart. The hotel environment is featureless. The rooms are all the same. It’s huge and speechless. It costs 100 per person to go to the grand water park🔪. The only good thing is that there are more things to play... Hotel Restaurant The food was average. I have stayed in many other all-inclusive hotels in Cancun, but this was the worst.
